Als ouders van een kind met een verstandelijke beperking willen we graag dat het kind zich zo goed en zo ver mogelijk kan ontwikkelen of prikkelen, hoe minimaal dat ook is. In de praktijk vonden we die mogelijkheden niet of te weinig binnen het aanbod dat er is voor kinderen die meer nodig hebben of niet mee kunnen komen in grotere organisaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Voor speciale jongeren die een kleinschalige en zinvolle begeleiding nodig hebben met een vast team aan begeleiders, verzorgers en stabiele factoren, structuur en ritme. Onze deelnemers zijn jongeren met een verstandelijke beperking die continue zorg en begeleiding nodig hebben om een fijn en stimulerend leven te kunnen leiden. Wij bieden zinvolle individuele begeleiding, sport en recreatie.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Visie en huidige missie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De focus bij Friends at Home ligt op het individu. Iedere jongere krijgt zorg en begeleiding op maat. Al is iedereen verschillend, ieder mens heeft wensen en behoeften: liefde, aandacht en veiligheid nodig. Daarom stellen wij deze groep heel zorgvuldig samen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advies en bemiddeling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organisatie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We gaan wel graag verder met onze advies- en consultancytrajecten voor het individueel begeleiden van de specifieke doelgroep. het opzetten van dagbestedingen en adviseren in zorgcontracten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Friends At Home werkt graag samen met organisaties en instellingen voor deze doelgroep.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is uw organisatie of instelling op zoek naar middelen, opvang of begeleiding voor \u00e9\u00e9n van de eigen cli\u00ebnten? Dan staan we daar voor open en kijken we graag samen naar de mogelijkheden..<br>Wij houden rekening met ieders eigenheid en behoefte. Zij zijn coronaproof en zijn deskundig op meerdere gebieden. Wij werken met verschillende gediplomeerde (MBO en HBO SPH\/SPW, HEAO) medewerkers en vrijwilligers die garant staan voor de beste zorg, begeleiding en advies. Alle medewerkers hebben een VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) en zijn in het bezit van een EHBO-diploma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beleidsplan en statutaire doelen<\/strong><br>Friends At Home is een stichting als rechtspersoon. Onze stichting biedt zorg, bemiddeling, coaching en kleinschalige individuele begeleiding aan jongeren vanaf 16 jaar met geestelijke en\/of verstandelijke beperking. Dit doen wij met behulp van donaties en giften van hoofdzakelijk particulieren en bedrijven.
