Onze stichting biedt zorg, logeeropvang en kleinschalige individuele begeleiding aan jongeren vanaf 16 jaar met geestelijke en\/of verstandelijke beperking. Dit doen wij met behulp van donaties en giften van hoofdzakelijk particulieren en bedrijven. Doordat de stichting uitgaat van een door de belastingdienst verstrekt ANBI keurmerk, kunnen particulieren en bedrijven schenkingen en giften doneren boven de wettelijke drempel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beloningsbeleid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De bestuursleden van Friends At Home doen geheel vrijwillig en met passie hun taken en werkzaamheden voor de stichting. Zij ontvangen geen vergoeding voor hun bestuurswerkzaamheden. De bestuursleden doneren tevens een bijdrage. De medewerkers in dienst van de stichting ontvangen een vergoeding in de vorm van salaris conform de CAO Zorg en Welzijn of hebben een zorgcontract via PGB. Stichting Friends At Home heeft een bestuur dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van het vermogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bestuur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marc Sedney, secretaris\/penningmeester<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jacob Jacobus van der Meer, Voorzitter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activiteiten bestuur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vergaderen:<\/em><br>Het bestuur komt minimaal \u00e9\u00e9nmaal per jaar samen voor een bestuursvergadering. Hiervan worden notulen opgemaakt.
